I have over 20 years of experience in the Licensing Creative Industry with a wide range of roles including Creative and Brand Assurance Director and managing consumer product design, creative strategy, communication, and art direction.

I worked with prestigious global Entertainment Studios, including Disney, DreamWorks, Hi-5 World, KidZania, and Nickelodeon.

In Hong Kong, I spent 15 great years at Warner Bros. Consumer Products as the Regional Creative Director for Greater China, Southeast Asia & India. In 2014, I was recruited by One Animation based in Singapore to set up the Commercial Creative Division and establish a comprehensive character art library with Brand guides. During this period, I completed various significant projects from start to finish while training a group of local designers.
In January 2023, I was privileged to join Wildbrain CPLG based in Singapore as their Regional Product Development Lead for APAC.

I am passionate, independent, resourceful, action-oriented and brand-focused. I had an innate desire and ability to train and mentor designers, elevating them to the next level. Always focusing on the big picture, I am highly recognized for my proven ability to achieve revenue goals with my deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and clients' needs.
